Philip Hsin fled his birthplace of Phnom Penh, Cambodia as a child
with his family just days before its fall to the Khmer Rouge. The first Cambodian refugee family to arrive in Portland, Oregon, they relied on welfare and food stamps until his parents could begin working.  

Philip’s background includes senior positions at Capital International, Barclays Global Investors and Goldman Sachs
Asset Management.  Philip earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Behavioral Sciences from the Oregon State University, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
